From The Cleared Bank Or Take On The Challenge Of Fly Fishing In The River.
CatfishBream Pond Is A "Catch and Release Only" And We Ask that You Feed Them Every Day. Feed Is Provided.
Please Watch Your Children--Some Of These Fish Are Close To 6 Pounds!

Trout And Is Excellent For Fishing, Tubing, Canoeing Or Kayaking. We have a Beach Area Where Kids And Adults Alike Can
Go Wading Or Catch Minnows To Put In The Ponds. You can Go Swimming
At Nearby Lake Blue Ridge, Lake Nottley , Lake Winfield Scott Or Vogel State Park.

We ask That You Fill The Feeders While You Are There.
We Also Keep Corn To Feed The Deer At Their Feeder At The Corner Of The Pature. Give Them A Can Of
Corn And It Will Be Gone By Morning. Of Course, All Feed Is Provided.

Forest and The Cooper Creek Recreation Area,In the Blue Ridge Mountains. We Are Just Off Hwy 60--Very Easy Access.

There Are Many Hiking Trails
If You Tire Of Walking On Our Mountain. We Are Very Close To the Benton
The Appalachian Trail, Blood Mountain and
The Duncan Ridge Trail as Well As Brasstown Bald, Georgia's Highest Mountain

White Path and The Brasstown Valley Resort .

There is a minimum
3 night stay.
The Basic Rate Is
$140.00 Per Night . Tax is not included. Add 7%.
For 4 night stays or longer, the rate is reduced from
day one to $130/night plus tax.
are for up to 3 persons. Each Additional Person Is $10.00.
Each Pet Is $7 Per Night.
No Great Danes or St. Bernards.
MUST Be Vaccinated and on Flea Prevention
Each Horse is $10/night. There is a one time barn cleaning fee of $25.00
The firewood fee is $5/night as a cord of wood has become very expensive. We only ask that you be reasonable in the
amount of wood you use. It is cut and stacked for your convenience.
We Have No Maid Service So We Do Not
Charge A Cleaning Fee. BUT.....
Is Expected To Leave MY HOME As Clean As They Found It!
I Do Require A $200.00 Reservation Deposit
that Is Applied To The Full Cost Of The Rental.
My refund policy is that, I generally DO NOT refund deposits.
But they may be rolled over for another stay for up to one year. If you cancel at the last minute because of the weather,
no part of the money is refunded or rolled over.
I do not take credit cards so I can not do last minute reservations
unless you have been a guest with me before.
